Every structural and technical aspect of our used grand pianos is thoroughly inspected as part of our pre-sale preparations. From a full soundboard assessment, to hammers, bass strings and action bushings, to pedals and tuning pins, we cover it all. If a piano doesn't pass inspection, we don't sell it. Period.
Optimized Voicing & Regulation:
Returning a piano to original factory specifications sounds good on paper, until you consider that many parts of the piano have irreversibly changed over time. Our technicians approach each instrument as a unique project, patiently coaxing the very best out of each piano, rather than simply treating them like a number.
