WHAT DOES "IN-STORE PRICE ONLY" MEAN?
If this is an online store, and we're advertising a sale, then why don't some of our pianos have prices listed?
That's a great question. Most premium manufacturers, like Kawai, Bechstein, and Steinway, don't allow dealers to give out any discounted pricing unless you're physically in a showroom.
This is to prevent larger dealers like ourselves from unfairly stealing customers from smaller markets where the cost of doing business is higher. While we would definitely benefit from quoting via email or phone, we understand why the policy exists, and strictly abide by it.
