The Kawai GE30 grand piano has been one of Kawai’s top selling models since it was released in the early 2000’s. This model is 5’5″ in length and features some more advanced features compared to most in it’s price range. The used Kawai GE30 grand piano has the world renowned Millennium III Carbon Action, a solid sitka spruce soundboard, and a thicker frame and rim than the GM-series. The GE30 also features duplex scaling and under felted hammers for a richer tone. These are very popular choices for teacher, professional musicians and families looking for a small, but high quality grand piano.

The 2008 used Kawai GE30 grand piano that we are selling was recently brought into our inventory on trade. The Kawai GE30 model is rare to find used since most people that invest in a piano at this quality level tend to keep them for many years. Most used Kawai and Yamaha grand pianos start at about 25 year old and can be as old as 50 year. Unlike violins or guitars, pianos don’t have an unlimited life span. Some lower priced / quality model tend to last between 10 – 15 years where as used Kawai GE30 grand piano models tend to have a life closer to 40 years.
