The Steinway 1073 Upright Piano was one of Steinway’s most popular furniture style models. It has a dark, mature tone, and makes an excellent addition to smaller homes or townhouses where space is a consideration.  This specific example is in very good aesthetic condition (damage-free exterior) and the musical components are in excellent condition.
