Released in 2013, The Kawai GX series is the most recent line of grand pianos from Kawai. These pianos designs are based on the RX series but use a slightly longer action design, have a different fitting technique for the pin block, and have a thicker hardwood frame. The Kawai GX2 is the second model from the GX line, and is expected to be the most popular seller. At 5’11” in size, the Kawai GX2 is a ideal size for most large homes, or even a performance venue.
