The Roland KSC-70 Stand is a custom stand designed and made specifically for the world-famous Roland FP-30X Digital Piano. The stand is available in both black and white finishes (KSC-70BK and KSC-70WH) and transforms the Roland FP-30X into a very attractive and compact digital piano.

The Perfect Fit

If you’ve got a Roland FP-30X that remains relatively stationary, then the KSC-70 will integrate with your piano better than any other digital piano stand. The stand is directly attached to the FP30 for complete reliability and doesn’t add any additional surface area to the piano’s footprint. Note: This stand is not compatible with other musical instruments such as Kawais or Yamahas, and other Rolands such as the FP-10 digital piano.

Compatible with the Roland KDP-70 Pedal System

The KSC-70 stand perfectly integrates with Roland’s KDP-70 triple pedal system for the FP-30X and is actually necessary to equip the FP-30X with 3 pedals.

Expert Advice: A Good Stand Won’t Let You Down

The only part of your piano that’s going to get more use and abuse than the piano itself is the keyboard stand tasked with holding the whole thing up and withstanding your playing or stage antics. The internet is filled with videos of keyboard stands failing when owners have tried to skimp on this ever-critical accessory.

Tip 1: Always over-estimate your weight needs. People often forget that a 40 lbs keyboard actually means a lot more weight on the stand than just 40 lbs. When you’re playing the instrument, especially at the top and bottom of the keyboard, you’re adding a considerable amount of weight and stress to the keyboard. We suggest going between 50-100% more stand than you think you need in terms of weight rating.

Tip 2: Avoid Plastic Adjustment Mechanisms, since these are often the first pieces of the puzzle to break. Replacement parts are hard to get, and usually adding the cost of just one replacement part to the original price would have allowed you to invest in a much better unit upfront.
